Each box features a rotating assortment of locally sourced (when available), pasture-raised, antibiotic-free, hormone-free meats, and non-GMO grain-fed poultry, beef, and pork. Boxes are available for pickup at the Telluride pickup location on either the first AND third Wednesday of each month. We will send a pickup reminder the day before.
Because Tomboy Butcher is a whole-animal butcher shop, box contents vary and rotate throughout the year. Your box may include a combination of:

Subscribers will receive a variety of cuts as part of our commitment to whole-animal utilization.
Please complete the subscriber information form and indicate any dietary restrictions or food allergies at the time of enrollment.
If you need to skip a pickup, please email sfarrington@tomboybutcher.com at least 7 days before your scheduled pickup date. You will not be charged for the skipped box.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next box, cancellations must be submitted before your upcoming payment date.
If you are unable to pick up your box, please email sfarrington@tomboybutcher.com or orders@tomboybutcher.com at least 3 days before your scheduled pickup date to arrange an alternate pickup time.
Boxes that are not picked up and have not been rescheduled will be refunded, less a $40.00 restocking fee.
New box subscriptions and orders must be placed at least 5 days prior to the scheduled pickup date. Orders received after this deadline will automatically be moved to the next available pickup date.
