Nothing says holidays like a standing rib roast. This is USDA Prime, grass-fed, non-GMO grain-finished Certified Angus Beef from Colorado. I debone and re-tie every roast, so carving at the table is easy.
A small roast (4-5 lbs) serves 4-6 people. A large roast (8-9 lbs) serves 8-10.
