My go-to holiday centerpiece. This is grass-fed, non-GMO grain-finished Certified Angus Beef tenderloin from Colorado, trimmed and tied so it's ready for the oven. No antibiotics, no hormones.
A whole tenderloin (4-4.5 lbs) serves 8-9 people. A half (2-2.5 lbs) serves 4-5.
Order by November 1 for Christmas and New Year's delivery.
