Ora King (3.5-4 lbs): King salmon from the cold, clear waters of New Zealand. It's the richest salmon there is, with a buttery, melt-in-your-mouth texture. Grill it, roast it or cedar-plank it.
Skuna Bay (3-3.5 lbs): Raised in the cold Pacific waters off British Columbia. Clean, mild and silky, and an easy crowd-pleaser.

New Year's: order by December 10. Delivered December 28-29.
